At AIMCommunity we have shaped much of our work around a model of Positive Youth Engagement called the 40 Developmental Assets.

In 2013 we will be featuring these Assets on our website and Facebook page to explain more about them and how they can support young people to 'not just not fail' but to flourish and succeed.
